Your privacy
Health information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored in Canada. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with a care provider, an insurer, or anyone else without your instruction. You can delete your own answers at any time by leaving the circle.
Compliance target: PIPEDA federally, PHIPA in Ontario, and Law 25 in Quebec, with data residency in Canada. These reviews gate any public launch.

Some of this is heavy. Stopping in the middle costs you nothing — your answers are kept exactly as they are, and nobody is told.
If you want support
Talking to someone is not a step in this process and is never required to continue. If you want it: your provincial health line, your family physician, and local caregiver support organizations are the usual starting points.
What we will never do
